Out of hours Emergencies

The following are classed as emergencies and should be reported as such:

If you can smell Gas – call 0800 111 999

If you have no electricity – check the other houses in your street, it may be a power cut – check the consumer unit for fuse switches.

Contact us if you have one of the following issues:

No heating or hot water

Severe water leak

Blockage of your ONLY toilet

Broken door or window as the result of a break-in

Our Emergency Contractor will let you know if your issue requires a Call Out.

Please note if you call out our Emergency Team unnecessarily, you could be responsible for the costs
